Can you find a more out-dated kitchen area?

After our "Remodeling Transformations" we've produced a beautiful and inviting gourmet kitchen ideal for entertaining?

This kitchen was straight out of the 50"s and badly in need of repair.

Not anymore. It's simply gorgeous after our "Remodeling Transformations"!

Dark and dreary describes the feeling in this family room dungeon.

Bright and cheery describes it now.

The previous owners converted their basement 1 car garage into a home salon business.

We removed the wall and added it to our newly remodeled family room creating a huge room perfect to accommodate today's lifestyle

The home below was condemned by the city before we petitioned to saved it. It was a total home remodel including inside demolition of the kitchen, paneled walls on the first floors, windows, and 1/2 the back wall due to termite damage. We filled 2-40 yard and a 16 yard dumpster of demo materials.
We installed new framing, siding, windows, entry door, insulation, electrical services, lighting and plumbing fixtures, drywall, trim, a complete new kitchen  including cabinets, appliances, island, hardwood floors, glass French doors between the living room and the family room, new office area from an unfinished area, new laundry, partially finished the basement, installed new bathroom cabinets, wall and floor tile, new paint (exterior and interior), backyard composite deck, landscaping, roof, gutters and paved the 2 car driveway. Our remodel was completed in 3 1/2 months.
It was gorgeous when we finished our
"Remodeling Transformations".

The home was a mess before we started.

Drum roll please!

Terrible photos but you an get an idea how bad this condemmed home was before we started

After we demolished the interior we opened the walls between the Living and Family rooms where we installed glass French doors.

New french doors and hardwoods transitioned the living room with the family room so fireplace was visable in both living areas.

The kitchen was a total wreck before we started. Unfortunately we lost may of our "Before" pictures but none of the kitchen pictured below existed including the door. We gutted the 1st floor in our demo. The kitchen had vinyl floors that were torn and yellowed from age.  The family room had dark paneling and the kitchen had garish wallpaper that was bubbled from the termites eating the paste.  There's were 4 cabinets in the entire kitchen with old non-working appliances. The kitchen totally new. So is the back door. There wasn't one before.

This had dark paneling on the walls with one small window on the left and a door on the right of the FP. The brick went to all the way to the ceiling. We built a mantle and drywalled above it and added crown molding to give it a more formal look.

The Master bath was boarded up and not functioning before we bought the home.  That was dramatically changed with a total overhaul.

Everything is new and restored here. The door was nailed shut before we started

I can't adequately describe how bad this looked before we started.  It maybe had the ugliest wall paper made.  We replaced everything and installed a shower and wall tile where none existed before. We kept the "Retro" tile colors and it looked great when we finished. "Everything" else was replaced.

New cabinets, tile, shower, light fixtures and restored floor tile too.

The area behind the garage pictured below was unfinished and was perfect for a new office space once we installed the large energy efficient window overlooking the back yard.  We also added an adjacent new enclosed laundry closet on the other end of this new over-sized room.  It was moved it up from the basement.

A perfect example of our "Remodeling Transformations" adding value to the home with an additional room and laundry from an unfinished area!

This room didn't exist before we started. Wasted space became valuable space.

Below is a perfect example how
"Remodeling Transformations"
can be done with little expense to partially finish your lower level with nothing more than installing ceilings and doing a little trim work and painting the walls and floors.  It gives you the "industrial finish" that's popular in upscale lofts and commercial projects and work well in this lower  level "Lite" remodel.

Drop ceilings and new paint transformed this basement!

We finished off this home with a new composite deck directly outside the newly installed kitchen door were none existed before our
"Remodeling Transformations"!

It was sold to new owners before the railings were installed.
